Why Have Prices Changed?
Until recently, U.S. customers enjoyed duty-free shopping on orders under $800, thanks to a policy known as the de minimis exemption.
As of August 29, 2025, this exemption has been removed. Now, all U.S. orders are subject to full import duties and taxes, regardless of order value.
What Does This Mean for You?
Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will now be calculated at checkout — so you won’t face any surprise charges upon delivery.
These fees are collected by couriers and remitted directly to the U.S. government. We don’t retain any portion of them.
Our shipping rates remain unchanged, and we continue to offer free shipping on orders over $500.
Shipping Delays to Expect
With the removal of the de minimis exemption, U.S. Customs must now clear every incoming parcel. As a result, all carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) will be processing significantly higher volumes, which may lead to longer delivery times.

RETURNS

All our sheepskins, chair pads as well as reindeer hides are FINAL SALE.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or handled in personal spaces, and to ensure every customer receives a product in pristine condition, all sales are final.
Based on past experiences, where some clients have used sheepskins for events, photo sessions, and other short-term occasions, we’ve found it challenging to determine whether decor items have been used upon return. To ensure the integrity and quality of our products for every customer, all sales are final.
We understand how important it is to match the color of your sheepskin to your interior design and are happy to work with each client on an individual basis to find the perfect fit - please do not hesitate to reach out with your questions before the purchase!
We will accept exchanges should you have received the wrong item or a damaged article.
Another reason our return policy remains on hold is the extraordinarily high costs we face when clearing returns across the Canadian border. Beyond carrier fees—such as UPS’s minimum $35 “Entry Prep Fee” per order, regardless of item value—we are also required to pay back Customs Duties and taxes on our own products. With Canada’s newly implemented 35% reciprocal tariffs now applied to all U.S. originated goods, these costs have escalated dramatically. As a small business, we simply cannot absorb such compounded fees.
*If you feel that you absolutely have to return our product - please contact us within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.
Note that all fees associated with the return as assessed and invoiced by the carrier will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. A 20% administration and restocking fee will apply to all returns. This fee is used to offset the carbon footprint generated with the return and for the responsible disposal of the products. This fee will be automatically deducted from the reimbursement. Processing time of the return is subject to our receipt of the import fee invoice being provided by the carrier.

All wholesale orders are final sale, save for quality control issues or damage caused by shipping.

SHIPPING
All orders within Canada are shipped using UPS, or other carriers at our discretion. Canadian purchasers can expect to receive their order within 5 business days.
US orders ship via FedEx Connect or UPS ground, usually take around 3-8 business days to arrive, depending on destination and customs clearance.
All orders headed to Europe & Australia shipped via UPS or DHL.
Foreign orders will take between 1-2 weeks depending on location and customs clearance to your country.
